EXCHANGE OF GOODS
At Obe & Co Design we do our upmost to ensure that all items dispatched are well packed to ensure they arrive to you in excellent condition.
In the unfortunate event you receive an item that is damaged you are required to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the Goods by email or telephone.
We will require an image of the damaged packaging and/or product so that we can investigate into how our hard work has been undone from our door to yours.
You will be required to ensure that the damaged goods are returned, well packed in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received.
In accordance with our policy we will arrange a collection of the goods and replacement of the damaged goods at our expense; however Obe & Co Design will not be liable for any other losses caused by this inconvenience including any “3rd party services”.
In the unfortunate event that items have been installed and subsequently found to be faulty you are required to contact us by email or telephone within 14 days of receiving the goods.
In accordance with our policy we will arrange a collection of the goods and replacement of the faulty goods at our expense; however Obe & Co Design will not be liable for any other losses caused by this inconvenience including any “3rd party services”.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 Obe & Co Design provides a 12-Day money back returns policy.

The product cannot have been installed or modified in anyway.
The product must be returned by recorded mail in the original packaging complete with all accessories and lamps if included.
The product box should not be defaced in any way, an outer box must therefore be used to write or attach any return address to.
We must receive the product in the excellent condition that it was received enabling the resale of the product.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations Act, customers have a duty of care and responsibility for the products whilst in their possession.
Any products to be returned due to the unsuitability must be returned at the expense of the customer by registered means, within 14 days of authorization being provided by us. Upon receipt of the unsuitable returned products and having adhered to the above terms, a full refund of the product value will be made within 14 days.
In the event you are not able to return the products as detailed above, a collection can be arranged for you, however the courier collection charge of £20.50 will be deducted from the refund.
Please be aware that failure to observe and adhere to the above terms may result in the inability to provide a full refund.
All products supplied by Obe & Co Design (with the exception of light bulbs) carry a 12-month warranty valid from the date of purchase.
In the event of a product being faulty you are required to return the item to us. We will then either repair or replace and send back to you.The warranty will be void if the item in question is considered to have been fitted or used incorrectly or used for a purpose for which it was not intended.
With any online purchase a customer must provide some personal data such as address, name, card details etc. That information is then processed.
Our secure online shops infrastructure is provided by Shopify.com, who help over 100,000 other companies like us sell online. They are an established market leader with which we feel confident of sharing our own and our customers data.
